Who runs GolfJot

GolfJot is run by B3 Trinitas, in Henderson, Kentucky. Questions, problems and refund requests go to support@golfjot.com.

What’s free

Keeping score is free, always. It needs no account and no payment, whether you set up a card yourself or join a coach’s match with a code.

Coaches get their first 3 matches free in the coach area.

What’s paid

After the first 3 matches, the coach tools need a Season Pass: $39, paid once, for 365 days of matches, events and the rest of the coach area. It is not a subscription and it does not renew automatically. When it runs out, nothing is charged; you can buy another if you want one.

Payments are taken by Stripe. GolfJot never sees your card number.

Refunds

If you ask within 30 days of buying a Season Pass, you get a full refund, no questions asked. Email support@golfjot.com from the address you signed in with. After 30 days, Season Passes are not refunded.

Using GolfJot

• GolfJot is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or free of mistakes.
• Scores are the responsibility of the scorekeeper and the coach. GolfJot adds up what is tapped in; check the card before it counts for anything.
• Features may change. If a change affects what you pay for, it is announced on this page first, with a new date at the top.
